New National Sales Manager

CSP Pacific welcomes Nicky Young to the new position of National Sales Manager. The new role was created to support the CSP Pacific sales team across the regions and to be an additional point of contact for CSP Pacific’s customers – no matter where they are in the country.

“I started with CSP Pacific in July and I am fortunate to be part of a talented, energetic team, passionate about saving lives. Also, thank you for the great welcome, I have received from many of our customers already.  If I haven’t caught up with you yet I look forward to doing so in the near future. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if I can be of assistance.”

A change of ‘hat’ for a well known face

After 14 years with CSP Pacific, in various customer services and sales roles within the business, Victor D’Souza has taken on the Production Planners role which became available in July this year after Maria  Magele-Welch was promoted.

“My background is in Customer service,” says Victor. “When I first arrived in New Zealand I worked for Waters and Farr (another Fletcher Building company) as a Customer Services Representative. Then I took a job with CSP Pacific in 2004.”

“When the Production Planners role came free last month I showed my interest and spoke to our Operations Manager (Maria) and Business Manager (Gemma). Though I am very familiar with the CSP Pacific product range, I am still excited with the new role and I’m looking forward to taking on the new challenge.”
