Covid-19 Update: Auckand at Level 3 – rest of NZ remains at Level 2.

With the Auckland region moving to Level 3 from midnight tonight, CSP’s Auckland production site will start up manufacturing and despatching goods again. This will be under strict Health and Safety protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of both our staff, customers and contractors. Our office staff will remain working from home.

During Level 3, we are able to manufacture and despatch goods via freight carriers. Customers are only permitted to come on to site if a call is made in advance and the strict site protocols are followed, including own PPE worn and signing into site prior to entry.

Alert Level 3

  • Orders will be accepted via email and phone only
  • Customer collections will be permitted on a “call and collect” basis
  • Contactless deliveries will continue however deliveries from our site may be affected by any line haul freight restrictions leaving or entering the Auckland region.

We will continue to support our customers throughout this period with a focus on maintaining our high service standards, and we appreciate your understanding as we adapt to meet the limitations arising from the restrictions of these Alert levels.

We acknowledge the processes we have put in place for the higher levels may create some temporary inconvenience however, we have done so with the ongoing health of our customers, employees and the wider community in mind.

The CSP team are thinking of all our customers and the ongoing health of you and your families. Please continue to observe recommendations from the Government to remain safe.

Thank you for your ongoing support.

Stay safe,

Neil Watson
