CSP Pacific has had another busy year, as I am sure you all have.
We have seen the launch of our new website, which is receiving rave reviews, the re-launch of our very popular Barrier Field Manual, the formation of the Lantra Steering Committee (the training organisation that is developing accreditation for our industry), we have welcomed a number of new faces to our team and, most recently, we’ve opened a new distribution yard for our Hire products in Wellington.
The new Hire distribution facility is in Paraparumu and provides us with a base to get our Hire products to your projects in the Lower North Island more quickly and easily - saving considerably on transportation costs. For any general queries for the Lower North Island contact Michael Beattie and for Hire queries contact us on 0800 655 200 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lantra continues to shape how our industry will operate and regulate in the future. Two day steering meetings are held each month and things are starting to hot up as we start to formulate operatives courses that are likely to be launched in the middle of the year. Look for updates from me in the next issue of Road Rave or go to the Austroads site for the latest news.
Big improvements in customer satisfaction
A key measure for CSP Pacific as a Fletcher Building Business – and something we monitor carefully - is our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
NPS is a globally recognised survey system which measures customer loyalty and satisfaction. The first question in the NPS survey asks customers how likely they are to recommend CSP Pacific on a scale of 1 to 10. The answers to this question help us establish our NPS score which has come back from our June survey and is very pleasing, increasing considerably from 31.4 to 60.0 over the past year.
Although this is a great indication that our business is moving in the right direction, there is always room for improvement. If you ever have a query please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
More in store for 2019
We have some exciting product developments with our barrier product range underway along with the re-launch of our Decorative columns range, with a number of these already supplied to several projects. We will be able to tell you more about both of these in the New Year. In the meantime if you have any queries regarding columns please contact Lawrence Amos.
I want to take this opportunity to thank my team for all the hard work and effort they have put into ensuring our customers have been well looked after this year.
From everyone here at CSP Pacific we would like to thank you for your business in 2018 and wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Please stay safe on our roads and we will talk in the New Year.
